Jai is an AI-powered voice journaling application that provides:

  • Voice-to-text transcription of journal entries
  • AI analysis of emotions, themes, and patterns
  • Personal insights and lookback summaries
  • Secure storage of journal entries

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account

7. Payment and Billing

For paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided as required by law

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any unavailability of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jai and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
